Object

S'occuper exclusivement du cyclisme sportif, de l'organisation et de la réglementation internationale des championnats du monde, amateurs et professionnels. L'Union est aussie appelée à trancher sans appel les différends qui peuvent surgir entre les nations affiliées. HB 1929: Concerned exclusively with sports cycling, the organisation and international regulation of world championships, both amateur and professional. The Union is thus called upon to settle appeals in regard to any disputes which may arise between the affiliated Unions. S'occupe exclusivement du cyclisme sportif, de l'organisation et de la réglementation internationale des championnats mondiaux, amateurs et professionnels. L'Union est aussi chargée de trancher, sans appel, les différends qui peuvent s'élever entre les unions affiliées. (HB 1936)

En 1921, à Lausanne, elle a provoqué la création d'un Bureau permanent des Fédérations sportives internationales.
