HB 1929: To promote the interests of Jewish women, girls and children in Palestine by erecting and maintaining educational institutions for agriculture and domestic science ; infant welfare stations and a mothercraft centre ; social service club for urban work. HB 1936: a) Education et orientation professionnelle des femmes et des jeunes filles pour les préparer à la vie en Palestine; b) œuvre de prévoyance sociale; c) sauvegarde, par tous les moyens possibles, des intérêts des femmes et des enfants en Palestine. HB 1938: (a) Education and vocational training of women and girls in preparation for their life in Palestine; ( b ) Social welfare work; ( c ) Safeguarding, by every possible means, of the interests of women and children in Palestine.

HB 1929: Conferences held in 1921, 1923, 1925, 1927 and 1929; 1922, foundation of the Girls' Training Hostel in Tel Aviv for domestic science and agriculture ; of public kitchen ; 1926, opening of Girls' Agricultural School in Nahalal ; 1927, beginning of activities of Social Service Club in gardening, home industry, cultural work, cooking and housewifery. HB 1936: Des Conférences ont été tenues tous les deux ans depuis 1920. La huitième Conférence a eu lieu à Tel-Aviv, Palestine; fondation du foyer de Tel-Aviv destiné à la préparation des jeunes filles aux professions domestiques et agricoles; en 1926, ouverture de l'école d'agriculture pour jeunes filles à Nahalal; en 1927, inauguration du Club de service social préparant au jardinage, à l'industrie domestique, à la culture, à l'art culinaire et à la tenue d'un ménage; en 1928, établissement de la ferme modèle d'enseignement agricole pour jeunes filles «Ayanoth»; en 1929, extension du service de prévoyance sociale : pouponnières, crèches, etc. ; en 1930, fondation du mouvement des jeunes WIZO; en 1932, construction du bâtiment principal d' Ayanoth; en 1933-34, agrandissement de l'école de Nahalal et de la ferme Ayanoth par la construction de bâtiments supplémentaires.
