General facts

La correspondance échangée entre les calvinistes de divers pays ainsi que leurs relations intermittentes ont abouti à la convocation du premier Congrès international des Calvinistes, à Londres, en 1932; les représentants de l'Union Sud-Africaine, de l'Allemagne, du Royaume-Uni, des Etats-Unis d'Amérique, de la France, de la Hongrie, de l'Irlande et des Pays-Bas, se réunirent en une conférence. Le second Congrès international a eu lieu à Amsterdam, en 1934, et la réunion du troisième Congrès international est prévue pour juin 1936 à Genève. (HB 1936) Correspondence exchanged between Calvinists in different countries, and intermittent relations between them, resulted in the convocation of the first International Congress of Calvinists, in London, 1932; representatives of the Union of South Africa, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, the Netherlands and the United States of America met in one conference. The second International Congress took place at Amsterdam in 1934 — the third at Geneva in 1936, and another meeting is proposed for June 1938 at Edinburgh. (HB 1938)
