Le budget est constitué par les cotisations des comités nationaux qui se sont élevées à 8.000 francs français en 1935. Les dépenses sont celles des frais de correspondances, des publications, des procès-verbaux et des rapports des congrès internationaux de la vigne et du vin.

The receipts consist of the subscriptions of the national committees, which in 1935 amounted to 8,000 French francs. The expenditure includes the cost of correspondence, publications, the minutes and reports of the International Vine and Wine Congresses.

General facts
La Commission internationale permanente de viticulture a été fondée en 1900 à l'occasion de l'Exposition internationale de Paris. De nombreux Congrès internationaux de viticulture ont été tenus de 1900 à 1913 notamment à Paris, Rome et Vienne. Après la guerre, la Commission a cessé de fonctionner, elle a été reconstituée en 1929 au Congrès international de la vigne et du vin de Barcelone, et les statuts définitifs ont été votés en octobre 1932 au Congrès international de la vigne et du vin de Rome. La Commission a organisé, en 1935, le quatrième Congrès international médical de défense du vin.

The Permanent International Committee on Wine-growing was founded in 1900 at the time of the Paris International Exhibition. A large number of International Wine-growers' Congresses were held between 1900 and 1913, chiefly at Paris, Rome and Vienna. After the war the Committee ceased to function, but was reconstituted in 1929 at the International Vine and Wine Congress of Barcelona; the final statutes were adopted in October 1932 at the International Vine and Wine Congress of Rome. In 1935 the Committee organised the first International Medical Congress in Defence of Wine and the fourth International Vine and Wine Congress at Lausanne.
