Object

a) création et maintien des liens de fraternité entre les spirites du monde entier; b) étude en commun,au triple point de vue scientifique, philosophique,moral et religieux,du spiritisme et des sciences qui s'y rattachent; c) propagation de ces études et diffusion des faits y relatifs. Finances

ressources ordinaires constituées par les cotisations: a) contribution fixe de 50 francs or par grande fédération nationale ou groupement indépendant; b) droit de capitation fixé, pour chaque groupement,à dix centimes or par tête et par an.Caisse spéciale de propagande pour les oeuvres et services annexes,alimentée par cotisations volontaires, dons,subventions,etc. The ordinary income is derived from subscriptions and from contributions of honorary members (25 gold francs a year minimum)(HB 1929). Les ressources ordinaires proviennent des cotisations et des contributions des membres honoraires (minimum: 25 francs-or par an) (HB 1936).

le Congrès international de Londres (juillet 1922)a constitué un premier comité provisoire et d'étude pour la création de la fédération, laquelle a reçu sa consécration au Congrès international de Liége(août 1923). The International Congress at London (July 1922) constituted a preliminary committee for the purpose of forming the Federation, and this was formally approved at the International Congress at Liège, August 1923 (HB 1929). Le Congrès international de Londres (juillet 1922) a constitué un Comité préparatoire en vue de la création de la Fédération. Cette création a été formellement approuvée au Congrès international de Liége en août 1923 (HB 1936). A general assembly, called every three years, forms the Universal Spiritualist Congress. The first of these congresses was held at Paris in 1925. The last Congress was held in London in 1928 (HB 1929).
