The America-Japan Society, 日米協会, Nichibei kyôkai
The promotion of friendly relations between the peoples of Japan and of the United States of America, and diffusion among the Japanese people of a more accurate knowledge of the people of the United States, their aims, ideals arts, sciences, industries, and economic conditions.
1. All work necessary to fulfil the object of the Society. 2. Meetings: a. General meeting once every year. b. Monthly banquet. c. Special meetings to be called for the reception of celebrated visitors. 3. Publications: a. Yearly report. b. Other publications.
