To promote the characteristic cultures of the Orient.


1. The great Oriental Culture College (an institution for teaching Oriental culture by Confucianism, harmonized with the characteristic idea of Japanese Empire). 2. Cultural Department: The holding of lecture-meetings, classes, moving-picture meeting's, and sending of lecturers to local lecture clubs for the purpose of promoting Oriental culure and cultivating the Japanese spirit. 3. Publication Department: Publication of a monthly organ, " Daito Bunka," and at various times, books and pamphlets illustrative of the Japanese spirit. 4. Research Department: In the pxiblishing of speeches and writing of lectures to enhance the Japanese spirit and to study the origins of Oriental culture, thus advancing the ideal of self-sacrifice for one's country.
