To study intellectual, moral and social problems connected with the cinematograph and broadcasting and their development and utilisation; to take any steps likely to promote their solution.
Approximately £200 per annum. Sources of income: fees of federated bodies.
The Federation was founded by Mrs. Reeve to link up National Organisations working for the welfare and education of the child as a whole, as being a fundamental factor in the future world peace.
The Release, published in America under the direction of Mrs. Reeve, vice-president.

A biennial conference is held within the Conference of the World Federation of Education Associations; in 1935, in Oxford. It promotes Parent-Teacher cooperation, Child Study, Mental Health, etc. The following Sub-Committees have been appointed to keep in touch with the various countries connected with the activities of the Federation: Health, The Home, Child Study, Education, Public Relations, Rural life, Cinema and Radio.
