The Association replaced the International Railway Congress Association, founded in 1885 and dissolved in 1918 (HB 1929).

Activities

Publication d'un bulletin mensuel en deux éditions (française et anglaise). Enquêtes sur des questions portées à l'ordre du jour des congrès périodiques. Organisation et comptes rendus de ces congrès. L'Association a tenu un congrès à Rome en avril 1922. La prochaine session se tiendra à Londres dans le courant du second semestre de l'année 1925 (HB 1925: Le dixième congrès s'est tenu à Londres du 22 juin au 2 juillet 1925). L'ancienne association a tenu huit congrès Enquiries into the questions on the agenda of the periodical congresses; organisation and records of these congresses. Congresses were held at Rome in 1922 and in London in 1925. The eleventh Congress will be held at Madrid in 1930. The old Association held eight congresses (HB 1929).
