HB 1936: Créer dans tous les pays des Comités d'action internationaux qui agiront sur l'opinion publique, sur les parlements, sur les membres du Conseil et des Assemblées de la Société des Nations pour faire appliquer le plan Henri-Demont de 1908, soutenu à l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes sociales en 1909, déposé en 1918 et depuis propagé par le livre "Pour supprimer ce crime: la guerre". HB 1938: The Union is in favour of entrusting to an Official Committee of Eminent Jurists of the Permanent Court of International Justice the task of preparing : 1. A draft of a "Law of Nations" in four codes (Code of the Nations, International Penal Code, World Peace Code, and Code of International Labour Legislation). 2. A draft "World Constitution" consisting of the three following bodies: a legislative body, a judicial body and an executive body.

HB 1936: Le plan Henri-Demont de 1908 a été proposé aux Alliés en 1918. Par des conférences, des publications et par d'autres moyens, l'Union tend à faire appliquer le plan conçu par son fondateur. HB 1938: The Henri-Demont Plan of 1908 was submitted to the Allies in 1918. Through lectures, publications and every other means, the World Union "For the Suppression of the Crime of War " works for the realisation of the plan conceived by its founder.
